Mrs. Noorie Hussain is a distinguished entrepreneur and senior executive whose career integrates academic scholarship, operational leadership, and strategic communications. A graduate in Sociology from Jamia Millia Islamia and Jawaharlal Nehru University, she applies a methodical understanding of social behaviour and communication dynamics to organisational strategy and client engagement.

Mrs. Hussain commenced her professional career with Aarohan in Guwahati as a Project Coordinator, where she managed stakeholder relations and community programmes, and developed foundational expertise in programme design and implementation. She subsequently advanced to the telecommunications sector with Dishnet Wireless Ltd. (Aircel), undertaking responsibilities in customer service and client relationship management. In that capacity she oversaw service operations, team coordination, and customer engagement processes in high-volume environments.

For more than a decade, Mrs. Hussain has practised as a content and creative writer, specialising in strategic messaging, branding content, and digital outreach. Her work supports organisations in achieving clearer brand positioning, enhanced audience engagement, and measurable communication outcomes.

As Founder & Partner of Fusion Edge Solutions, Mrs. Hussain establishes the firm's strategic direction, emphasising innovation, adaptability, and client-centric solutions. Her leadership philosophy combines creative insight with professional discipline to ensure the delivery of effective, market-relevant services.

She is also the proprietor of Heritage Villa Homestay in Nazira, Assam, a hospitality initiative that reflects her commitment to cultural preservation and quality guest experience.
